Q&A: Nipple Clamps Fall Off!

Q&A: Using Nipple Clamps - Advice at Sh! Women's Store

Dear Sh!

I bought some nipple clamps from you last week but they just keep falling off! What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch! This is a common question, and the answer is simple: Positioning.

How to position nipple clamps?

Attaching your nipple clamps correctly is the key to clamp staying power. It seems sensible to attach the clamps to the outer tip of the nipple, but this is uncomfortable and is likely what makes them fall off in the heat of the moment.

Attach the clamp at the base of the nipple by or behind the areola. Pinch the nipple with forefinger and thumb, and then place the clamp on the nipple behind your fingers. Clamping as much as possible behind the areola will give you a much more secure pinch.

You will likely find you need to use both hands to attach the clamps. We've had customers who want to be able to attach nipple clamps with one hand only as they find it sexier. However, this takes some magic skills and we recommend getting both hands involved. You can make it sexy, trust us... *wink*

If you love nipple play, you might want to check out our guide to nipple orgasms too.

We hope this helps!

Best Wishes,

Team Sh! xx
