I thought i would experience some of the incredible sensations some of the reviewers describe but it wasn't the case for me. This doesn't bother me too much because my idea was more to use it to make sure my muscles keep toned. Apparently it works without us being aware of it, so i'm ok with that. Although the balls are not that big, it is easier and kinder to use a little bit of lube and to insert them while lying down. For me it tends to have the same effect as when i wear a tampon, i feel a slight pressure on the bladder so i need to pee more often.

They have made such a difference to just doing kegels alone and have certainly helped give some excellent muscle control and general tone - the end result being a much tighter vagina and a greater ability to orgasm. They can be worn while you're working, walking or just lazing around. If used for a while before sex, I have found I orgasm more quickly and more intensely usually. Though they also feel divine after sex, letting you prolong your own pleasure for quite some time.

I bought these for my girlfriend. She has not used any similar balls before.Initially she felt that they seemed quite large, and following a shower she tried to insert them, but without lube.
