How to Use Sh! Love Cherry:

Start off by adding some water-based lube to the Cherry, as this will make insertion more comfortable.

Pop the Cherry inside the vagina, with the tail still on the outside (like a tampon). Squeeze and release against the ball in repetitions of 10. A set of 3 x 10 is a good starting point, ideally every day.

Once the 10 repetitions begin to feel easy, hold each squeeze for two seconds before releasing.

Over time, you'll find that you can hold each squeeze for longer, and your pelvic floor becomes stronger and your control better. This in turn can help with the intensity of orgasms, as they are essentially a series of involuntary clenching of the pelvic floor.
