We are sorry you are experiencing issues with your Fun Factory Tiger G5. It's usually a very reliable toy.
We have a couple of tips for you:
- Use a generic wall plug when charging your Tiger vibe. Apple plugs are notorious for refusing to charge non-Apple products, so we recommend using generic plugs for toys.
- The Tiger has a travel lock - can we check that it has been disabled? It's a common issue :)

The different speed settings and vibrations are just fab. It takes a short time to get used to the control and speed settings without having to look but once you know the pulse setting you want, it's a fantastic sensation. The width is perfect for me as i wanted something a little larger. The only downside (and its very minor!) is i wish it was a fraction shorter. The feel of the vibe is gorgeous and as its waterproof, there's the option of having fun with it in the shower.I agree that lube does stick in the ridges and so a bit of extra attention needs to be given to get it clean. Its a great flexible toy and i'd certainly buy one again.
