We Promise Speedy Dispatch
- Orders made before 3pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders made after 3pm are dispatched the following working day.
- Orders made after 3pm Friday and over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday
- Order made on bank holiday weekends are dispatched on the following Tuesday
- All orders are securely and discreetly packaged in plain packaging
- We use secure boxes & jiffy bags and disguise all contents with extra padding!
- There's never ANY indication of the contents of the package
- There's no mention of Sh! on your package: Only a tiny printed address of our HQ address (374 Station Rd E7 0AB) on the side of the address label.

We Let You Know When to Expect Your Delivery
- We'll email you to let you know your parcel has been dispatched so you can look out for the post. Most parcels won't fit through a letterbox, which is why we'll often upgrade our service to recorded delivery as this ensures your parcel is safely delivered to you. These parcels need to signed for.
- If you have chosen or qualify for Next Day UK Delivery, we'll email the GPO reference so you can track your delivery on the Royal Mail website
