Grace Kegel Balls

Grace Kegel Balls are a set of weights for pelvic floor exercises. Each box contains two kegel ball slings in smooth silicone and four small kegel balls of varying weights.

Coat the chosen love ball/s in water-based lube before inserting it into the vagina. Squeeze and release your pelvic floor around the weights. Using Grace Kegel Balls regularly will help you build better control of your pelvic floor. This is especially helpful if you are experiencing bladder leaks, weak orgasms or don’t feel enough during penetrative sex.

How to Use Grace Kegal Balls:

Gently remove the weight from the silicone holder by pushing the weight through the heart-shaped cut-out. Carefully pop your chosen weight/s into the holder/s. Insert into the vagina and get exercising!

The removal cord is made from strong silicone and should be left on the outside, like a tampon string. Simply pull on the cord to remove the kegel balls when you have finished your exercise sesh.
