Special Edition Rainbow Dildos!

The biggest LGBTQIA+ celebration of the year is a just a few weeks away, but we say:

Let’s get this Pride party started!

Pride is our favourite season and we usually throw an event of our own or have a special product or two to mark the day of London Pride, where we celebrate love and diversity with our lovely and diverse customers (although, being a forward-thinking company with a strong LGBT following, we celebrate love & diversity each and every day).

This year, we hope and believe that Pride parade is going to be even bigger, more fun and more colourful than ever and we’re looking forward to joining in with the fantastic street party in the West End of London.

The parade itself takes place on Saturday 7th of July, but we can’t wait to throw ourselves into the festive spirit so we sent our fantastic dildo maker into the silicone lab and grrrl, did she get to work! She’s done lots of mixing and pouring and the end result is something which beautifully encapsulates the fun vibe of the movement:

A Range of Special Edition Rainbow Dildos for Pride

Rainbow-HeartsSeveral days of prep took place before the actual dildos were made.

First, flat sheets of soft silicone were made, one sheet for each colour to be included. The sheets were left to firm up for around 24 hours before they were ready for the next step.

Once the silicone set, tiny hearts were cut out of the sheets by hand (the leftover circles of silicone are cute and we use them as drink coasters, by the way). The hearts are then sorted into colour for ease of use in the next step.

Next up, the molds were prepped and silicone mixed.  Much like baking, it’s all about correct measurements and patience. At this point in the process, we’re all under strict instructions to not disturb our dildo maker  – or we could cause a batch of ruined dildos!

Translucent silicone was used for the special edition Pride dildos and this is hand-poured into the molds, which hang upside down from the special dildo table.

Dropping-heartsThe tiny rainbow hearts are all dropped in by hand – and occasionally poked with a long, thin wooden stick (precision work!). It’s time-consuming but the end result is definitely worth it.

The dildos are then left to cure for 2 days, with our dildo maker watching over them like a worried Mother Hen. 🙂

Silicone is hypoallergenic and non-porous, making it the perfect materiel for sex toys. Silicone toys like our dildos are very easy to keep clean and all you need to do to keep them in tip-top condition is to spritz with toy cleaner or wash with antibacterial hand w and warm water. We recommend using water-based lubricant to ensure the surface of the silicone dildos remains non-porous.

Dildo tableOnce the silicone is firmly set, the dildos are released from the molds and inspected for flaws. Of course, being handmade, they are never going to be as perfect as dildos that are churned out of machines dozens at a time, but we want our customers to be able to trust that a Sh! dildo is going to be excellent quality, durable and ready for hours and hours of fun.

Once the dildos have passed the inspection, they are ready for their first meet & greet; i.e we get to see the finished product!

Say hello to our beautiful Pride dildos here.

Top 3 Sex Trends in 2017

The world of sex is one that is always evolving, and we are always excited to discover new toys (often), new positions (less often) and all sorts of excellent tips & tricks for getting off.

Sex may not seem like something that should be ‘trendy’ but much like the latest pubic hair style (fluffy, if you’re asking – it’s cold!) or knickers (tummy-hugging – still cold!), different types of sex goes in and out of fashion.

2017 has been a particularly juicy year for sexual discovery, but we have managed to narrow it down to three major trends during 2017 – check it out:

Men Enjoy Anal Stimulation

Going by what our customers are asking about, it seems to us that men are becoming more open to the idea of having their back entrances played with.

However, when journalist and all-round badass Violet Fenn recently wrote an article about pegging, readers of Metro were quick to shut down the notion that the prostate gland could indeed be a pleasurable body part, with one reader suggesting Ms Fenn should be sacked for such an outrageous suggestion. We, of course, salute Violet & Metro for their ballsy approach – and not just coz we’re in the article! :p

‘Pegging’ is a term that has been used for some years now, originating in the U.S (take that, Mr President!), and it has slowly made its way over here. By definition, pegging is when a woman wears a strap-on and anally penetrates her partner with the dildo. It may not be for everyone, but we can reveal that more couples than ever are getting their rocks off this way.

Our Vibrating Strap On Dildo Kit (below) has everything you need to get started, so why not see the year out with a bang and try something new?

Suction Sex Toys Are Blowing Minds

You might have read the word suction and have been instantly put off, but bear with us:  these marvellous air tech toys have been true showstoppers in the world of sex toys of 2017.

Suction sex toys feature a small, round-ish silicone tip that nestles around the clitoris, creating a rumbling effect with vacuum-style suction for quick, high-intensity orgasms. With 8000 nerve-endings at the very tip of the clit, these toys offer incredibly pleasurable stimulation and are very reliable for banging orgasms.

We sent a member of staff home with a couple of different designs, as we wanted an unbiased comparison between market-leaders Womanizer and Satisfyer Pro (it’s a hard job, but someone gotta do it!). Read her post on the differences between the Womanizer vs Satisfyer Pro here.

If you’re looking for something slightly smaller and cuter looking, we recommend taking a look at Satisfyer Pro Penguin Clitoral Suction Toy below.

satisfyer-penguin-clitoral-stmulator

Beyond the Binary

‘They’ are becoming more common as ‘her’ or ‘him’ doesn’t feel right for everyone, and is often seen on social media profiles to ensure correct pronoun be used. It will take a while yet, but maybe it’s time to introduce a specific word like the Swedish “hen” (which fits in nicely with hon/her and han/him).

A large portion of our shop customers identifies as queer in its newer meaning (it has evolved from ‘gay’ or ‘lesbian’ to encompass a wider reference of gender and/or sexuality) and we expect this group will continue to grow.

The term ‘pansexuality’ has been used a lot this year and it seems we are reaching a point where more people feel comfortable being attracted to a person regardless of their gender. We realise this could be a result of cosmopolitan living and it may not be the case where you live; input from non-Londoners would be interesting.

We have always been big advocates of fluid sexuality and we’re embracing this new wave of acceptance and exploration of gender. Let’s hope there is plenty more in store for 2018!

Strap On Harness

Sh! 2-Strap Strap-On Harness

There’s a reason that the Sh! 2-strap harness is a best seller and top rated on the Sh! website. It’s top quality and a classic, functional design that’s reasonably priced and versatile. Could you ask for more?

Before we get into the technical details, my favorite feature of this harness is that it’s £45 and handmade in London.

Actually handmade, not assembled with a label sewn on! The leather is soft and durable and will last for years. Accessible artisan goods like this are a rarity in today’s world of disposable products instantly delivered to your door, so Sh!’s craft is easy to appreciate.

The 2-strap harness also has a “just right” profile: well-built enough to be secure, but lighter weight than traditional chunky leather and metal harnesses. For those nights when you know fun is in store, you can throw it in your bag with your favorite dildo and it takes up no space at all! While some wearers might find a panty style harness (like the popular RodeoH) more comfortable, the 2-strap harness has a classic shape without being too bulky, and doesn’t shift around on your body. It’s also adjustable, unlike a panty style.

The 2-strap design is what you might picture when you imagine an iconic harness: one strap around the hips, and two straps between the legs. These bum straps can be worn either “jock” style–to emphasize your gorgeous bum and allow easy access to any parts between your legs—or together like a thong if you prefer. It also features a front to hold the dildo securely against your body and prevent excess pinching or rubbing. It’s easy to adjust and comes in sizes S—XXL.

This style also means it’s versatile for a range of body types and parts.

As a queer woman, I use mine with both men and women and change the dildo depending on our activity and my partner’s preference. (I personally love the Sh! Wirly Girly and Duchess models).

Leather Harnesses

The harness comes in a range of 6 colors of leather, all of them supple and attractive. While it’s true you can’t wash leather as you can synthetic materials, it’s still easy to wipe down after use.

Whether you’re looking to buy your first harness or your fifth, you can’t go wrong with the Sh! 2-strap harness.

Thanxx P for sending this lovely review to us – we hope you had fun putting the harness through its paces!

Toy of the Month: Sh! Harness

Toy of the Month: Sh! Harness

This month we are celebrating an all time favourite. It’s consistently one of our best sellers and it’s not hard to see why.

It’s the Sh! Leather 2-Strap Dildo Harness

Our harnesses are hand crafted in our London workshop which is what ensures every piece is of the highest quality. You only have to hop over to the product page to see how many amazing reviews it gets.

The most recent of the many, many positive reviews comes from Horny Geek Girl who said:

This gorgeous deep purple 2 strap leather harness is soft as butter. The feel is beautiful; it is really soft and supple. It feels almost weightless in place. I was a bit worried about how well the ‘D’rings would hold the straps when it was in use but they worked perfectly, holding firm even with vigorous thrusting. I really liked this harness, it was very easy to tighten the straps when it was on, so it fit securely. I found it very comfortable to wear, and it didn’t chafe at all. The central straps that run between your legs sat nicely, and gave slight stimulation when I was thrusting.

It comes in a range of colours and sizes to suit all your strap on and pegging needs.

Strap-On Sex For Lesbians

Strap-On Sex For Lesbians

Whilst we know strap-on sex isn’t for everyone, we want to highlight all the fun that can be had with strap-ons for those who of you who are interested in giving it a try. Using a strap-on is a learned skill – but we’re sure you’ll agree the time it takes to master is time well spent!

Why would you use a strap-on?

Well, there’s a simple answer to that: coz it’s fun!

A dildo worn in a strap-on creates a toy for any couple who enjoy penetrative sex together
A dildo worn in a strap-on creates a toy for any couple who enjoy penetrative sex together.

Using a strap-on is a magnificent way of getting close to and pleasuring your partner in a whole new way. Wearing a strap-on is super-sexy, and there is every possibility that the wearer may orgasm from the sensual rubbing of the harness against her labia and clit as she rocks and rolls against her partner.

Flipping the coin, the partner on the receiving end gets to enjoy pressure, thrusting and rocking, and may well orgasm from this stimulation too.

Bonus: both partners has hands free to play with nipples, clits or any other body part within easy reach!

A little bit of anatomy and biology is needed here: when a woman becomes aroused, the outer third of the vagina narrows and becomes tighter, whilst the inner two thirds balloons and ‘lifts’. This lifting effect can make the woman feel like she wants something inside, something that fills her. At this point it can feel fantastic to have something to squeeze against, like a finger or a dildo.

Squeezing the PC muscle around a dildo can help heighten arousal and likelihood of reaching orgasm, and the pressure of a dildo against the G-spot could potentially result in a wet orgasm. This is nothing to worry about – just put a towel on the bed and carry on coming!

Many women love having their cervix stimulated, and this is best done with the help of a longer toy. The C-spot has become a “thing” and we have a guide to the A-Z of Hot Spots if you fancy learning more about erogenous zones.

First things first: for strap-on sex, you’ll need a well-made harness.

Here are a few helpful tricks for choosing a harness for strap-on sex.

Choosing a harness may seem tricky – we know this from conversations with customers in our shop; there are so many different types to choose from! So therefore, we have put together a short handy guide to help you find one that’ll work for you.

2-strap harness
Adjustable 2-strap harness
  • Are you likely to share the harness?

If the answer is yes,  you need to choose an adjustable harness. The harness needs to fit the person with the wider hips; the other person can easily tighten the straps to make the harness fit them too.

  • Do you want to wear your harness under clothes?

If you want to be ready for action at a moments notice, Superman-style, a thong harness or a panty-style harness is for you. These types of harnesses can only be shared if you are the same size, otherwise the harness will be too small for one and too large for another. They are great for occasional use, but if you want to use your strap-on regularly, we’d suggest investing in an adjustable harness as they’ll work even if you put on a few pounds.

  • Do you have lovely curvaceous hips?

If you or your partner are curvy, we recommend getting a harness with a wider back as this will sit more comfortably over your nice upholstering. There are even harnesses with beautiful corset-features to choose from!

  • Do you want to wear a large, heavy dildo?

Choosing a harness with a wider back will offer more support for your tool. Wearing a slim-backed harness with a heavy dildo may cause what we like to call dildo-droop – i.e, the dildo will point downwards.

  • Have a bad back?

Opting for a thigh harness is your best option. Your girl can easily sit on your knee and rock her way to fantastic orgasms… Also, by wearing a thigh harness each, you can easily penetrate and pleasure each other simultaneously.

Once a harness has been chosen, it’s time to move on to choosing a dildo.

How to choose a dildo?

Freshly Made DildosChoosing the right size dildo may seem mind-boggling, but we have a few handy tips.

Always choose a silicone dildo. Silicone is hypoallergenic and non-porous, and by far the best material for sex toys. Silicone is easy to keep clean, it warms up to body temperature in no time and it feels pretty much like skin.

So that’s easy to remember. But what about choosing the right size?

  • How big?

Actually, a dildo doesn’t need to be big to feel great; a small-size dildo can be equally pleasurable. It depends on the desires of the person on the receiving end, and these should always be taken into account – even if the wearer fancies herself wearing a King Dong…

We measure toys in fingers, so if you know how many fingers feel “just right”, we can help you find a dildo that fits. Is it one finger? Or maybe two fingers? A whole fist? Consider this, and you’ll be well on your way to finding the best dildo for you.

  • What about shape and length?

Again, the person on the receiving end needs to have a say in this. Do they fancy a long dildo or a short dildo? A girthy one? A  dildo with a built-in clitoral stimulator perhaps? The great thing about dildos is that they come in so many shapes and sizes, and there is one that’ll fit your needs perfectly!

Choosing a dildo that is slightly longer usually works well – an inch or so will be lost once the dildo has been placed in the harness. Factor in space between the bodies too, and a short dildo may become too short.

  • Good vibrations!

Millions of women rely on vibration to get off,  and if you belong to this group, it’s well worth upgrading to a vibrating dildo. With our vibrating dildos, you’ll both feel the beneficial buzz: a small bullet vibe slips into the base of the dildo, quickly transforming it into a silicone love wand of magic proportions! The wearer will feel the thrills over her pubic area, and the receiver will feel the vibrations inside. Yum!

  • Do you want a dildo to enjoy too?

No problem – we’ve got you covered! A dildo accessory allows the wearer to enjoy the feeling of penetration during strap-on sex too. Choose a slightly shorter dildo as it’ll be tightly strapped to you – a long dildo may be uncomfortable. The dildo accessory is also a great option if the wearer wants vibration, but the receiving partner doesn’t fancy it.

If you feel inspired and thinking about buying your first strap-on kit, we have a great selection on our website. Also, if you find yourself in East London, you may want to come along to one of our fun strap-on sex erotic classes – not only will we help you choose a strap-on, but we’ll serve bubbly and cup cakes too!

P.S: Don’t forget about the lube. Adding a drizzle of a lovely water-based lube to the strap-on dildo will only enhance and heighten the experience!

Q&A: What toy will work in combination with a strap on?

Q&A: What toy will work in combination with a strap on?

Hi we are a lesbian couple looking for a vibrator that can be used with a harness to allow for some vigorous thrusting. We have a double dildo harness and the receiver is very happy with the dildo we have but  the harness wearer wants to have a vibrator with clitoral stimulater. We have tried various things but they do have a tendency to drop out at the wrong moment. Any suggestions of dildos or vibrators or mix and match that might work?

Thanks

A.

Thanks so much for your email. We have a few ideas that might work, we’re not sure what you’ve already tried but there are a several options for you to consider.
We know you’re happy with your existing dildo but if you’re open to buying another (you did say you had a double harness) you might consider something like the Cupid 3 vibrating dildo (or any of our vibrating dildos, they come in many shapes and sizes).
Cupid 3 Vibrating Dildo

All our Sh! vibrating dildos have a perfect space for a Sh! vibrating bullet to slot into the base and fit flush with the heart shaped base of the toy. This makes them super friendly for strap-on users.

They are also handmade in our London workshop, so pretty much an artisan sex toy.
You could also try something like a Vibrating Strap On Liner:  this looks a bit like a vibrating panty liner, it sits against the labia (under the harness) for the wearer to enjoy. They are designed to be word with a strap on so this could be a very good choice for avoiding any slipage issues.
vibrating-strap-on-liner
There are also  C-shaped vibes that can be worn under harness such as the Lelo Noa or the We-Vibe 4 Plus. These toys are designed to be worn during penetrative sex so they sit fairly flush against the body and stay in place as well as providing both clitoral and G-spot stimulation.

We hope this helps! If you have any other questions send them to us at advice@sh-womenstore.com. If you would like advice from Psychosexual Therapist Sarah Berry include the subject line ‘Ask Sarah’

Q&A Your Sex-Questions Answered

Q&A: How do I talk to my wife about pegging?

All Names Have Been Changed for the Purposes of Anonymity

Dear Sh!,

Looking for some advice and not sure how to submit to your advice section.

My wife and I have are both quite open minded and have a good sex life.  We have attended your Spanking and Bondage classes and enjoyed them both very much.

I would like to try pegging and potentially attend your pegging class. I don’t though know how to raise this with my wife.
Can you give any advice? Thanks for your help.

A

Hi A,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

We’re so glad you both enjoyed our Spanking and Bedroom Bondage classes.

We know talking about anal pleasure can feel particularly tricky because it’s been shrouded in taboo for so long. But we also know, from talking to our customers,  just how many couples explore and enjoy it (lots!).

Pegging too is enjoyed by many couples (around 40% of our strap-ons are bought by straight couples and we sell a LOT of strap-ons), not for role-play or BDSM, but simply for the woman to deliver intense pleasure to her partner, which in turn gives her amazing pleasure!

So…  Getting back to your question. The good thing is that you both know us here at Sh! and so there will be no surprises when it comes to how we teach our classes and how comfortable we make it to open up the conversation and talk about sex.

Rest assured our Strap on and Pegging class is just as fun, educational and enlightening as our other classes.

Maybe suggest attending another class to your wife, as the others were so positive, and then gently reveal to her that you  would be open to trying our pegging class – she may be interested too but doesn’t know how to bring it up either!

You can use a conversation about our Strap on and Pegging class as a way to gauge how she feels. This way, there is no pressure on actively trying anything just yet and the class will be a fantastic introduction to you both.

We’d also recommend The Ultimate Guide to Prostate Pleasure which gives lots of  advice on pegging and how to communicate your desires, along with everything you need to know about the amazing, orgasmic potential male g-spot. It also covers prostate health, so every reason for you both to be interested and it could too help with opening up communication.

We hope we’ve  helped giving you some ideas on how to talk about pegging with your wife and we hope to see you in class soon!

Beginners Guide to Buying first Strap On

Beginners Guide to Buying Your First Strap On

Buying your first strap on, especially when both partners are total beginners and have never tried strap-on play before,  can be mind-boggling, we know.

Just like buying your first anything, when you’re making your first steps into strap-on sex, you have NO IDEA what to look for in the first model! ( to research browse through our strap on advice & dildo advice sections)

More importantly, whilst the thought of trying strap-on sex for very first time may make you beyond excited, it probably will also feel a bit scary and alien. Will you like it? Will you’re partner like it? Will you be able to operate it? Will you feel silly or miss your target?

Choosing the right strap-on is key to ensuring your first time is a hot experience for both of you.

Fused Strap Ons are not recommendedWe  Don’t Recommend All-In-One Strap-Ons

… and because we don’t rate them, we don’t sell them. An All-in-One Strap-On, where the dildo is permanently fused with the harness,  may seem so appealing for a for a first buy -open the box and Hey Presto off you go… Fused together strap-ons are cheaper than buying quality separates, but often buying an all-in-one can end up a total waste of money.

  • They’re impossible to keep clean, especially around the base of dildo, where it joins the harness.
  • The quality is usually poor
  • The one-size-fits-all harness mostly means they don’t fit well.
  •  Harnesses using elastic results in unwieldy  ‘twang-back’/ buckles dig in / straps are impossible to work out.
  • You’re stuck with one size of dildo.
  • The dildo is often too large which can kill off any strap-on desire of the receptive partner
  • The dildo is often dick-shaped, whether totally ‘realistic’ or more suggestively so. This might be the stuff of porn strap on sex, but for many women (and men) it can be off-putting.

One-size Doesn’t Fit All!

That’s why we produce over 40 different sizes and shape of silicone dildos, in a range of lovely colours and unique marbling effect. Plus 9 types of  strap-on harness, most in a range of different colour leathers. Giving you a fully bespoke choice, as well as the opportunity to show  individuality in your strap on style… But we know, faced with such a wide choice,  strap-on newbies can feel overwhelmed, which is why we created strap on kits

Strap On Kits Make Choosing Easy

Best Strap-On Kit (£99)
Best Strap-On Kit (£99)

We’ve advised thousands of first-time strap-on buyers at our London Sex Shop. From that experience, we’ve created strap on kits, which are ideal for beginners as they contain everything you need for your first adventures in strap-on sex

  • Each kit contains a best-selling silicone dildo and strap-on harness, plus lube & toy cleaner
  • Strap On kits save money on buying separately.
  • Because you are buying separates, rather than something fused together, it means that if/when you want to up-size, or down-size, the dildo , you can still wear it with the harness.

If you prefer to buy separately, here’s our advice to getting it right and making your first forays into strap-on sex a total success.

Don’t be a ‘Size-Queen’ When Buying Your First Strap-On.

  • The biggest mistake peeps make when buying a first strap-on is buying a dildo that is too big.
  • If anything puts a lover off strap-on sex, its having an enormous dildo making its way towards them…
  • If the receptive partner is a strap-on virgin, whether for vaginal or anal sex, don’t be afraid to think small!

Do You Choose the Dildo, or the Harness, First?

  • For most dildos, it doesn’t matter which way round you choose your first strap on; chose the harness first & add a dildo .. or choose the dildo first and add your harness.
  • If you do want your harness to hold, (now or in the future) a large or  extra large dildo,  choose the dildo first and then choose a compatible harness as some harnesses hold bigger/heavier dildos more securely.

  • Width is the most important measurement to get right. If you’ve been having sex with your fingers, use a tape measure to assess the right girth.
  • When a dildo is in a strap on harness, you can always control how deep it goes, but one that is too wide is likely to be uncomfortable.
  • Depending on your size, once you slip a dildo into a harness upto  a couple of inches of ‘useable’ dildo-length can be lost so it’s better to opt for a longer dildo than you may imagine
  • If you and/or your partner are curvy, your tummies can get in the way, so definately opt for a longer dildo…
  • Use the filters in the dildo section to narrow down dildo choice for length / width.
  • Whilst the turn-on for the strap on operator is mostly mental & visual rather than physical, using a vibrating dildo will buzz on her crotch, which can make her orgasm whilst wearing a harness.

  • Dividing straps means there’s no passion-killing pause whilst the the strap-on operator takes off the harness to receive some action herself.
  • This style means the strap-on operator can enjoy a 2nd dildo in the harness, using dual dildo adaptor
  • Most of our harnesses have a wide amount of size adjustability in each size which means even partners who are quite different in size can often share the same harness.
  • If you are in doubt about sizes, opt for the smaller.
  • Harnesses with wide backs , like the Corset & Super, are most supportive or larger, heavier dildos.

Strap On Essentials … and Extras

  • Lube enhances all strap-on sex. Even if the recipient is as wet as Niagara Falls, adding water-based lube ( don’t use silicone lube with a silicone dildo as it can degrade the surface over time) ensures that there will never be any unsexy ‘drag’…

    Sh! Pure Lube £10
    Sh! Pure Lube £10

  • Lube is essential in anal / pegging play and we recommend a thicker anal lube for this, as it has the staying power that is required for the slow pace that is the key to enjoyable, pain-free anal sex

    Sh! Pure Plus £10

  • Toy cleaner makes for quick and easy dildo clean-up. Getting an itch in the ditch, due to a dusty dildo, is no-ones idea of sexy!

  • Wearing a strap on for the first time, or seeing your partner wearing one, can make for surprising reactions.  Be prepared for anything from awkward shyness to a fit of giggles…
  • If you are very shy, and think this may inhibit you, a blindfold ( worn by the receiving partner) is a good way to keep both of you ‘in the moment’

Strap On Tips for Beginners

  • Warm-up with some manual and oral action before getting it down with a strap-on. Movie-sex is wrong – most women like lots of build-up before moving onto penetration.
  • Leave some lights on! You kind of need to see what you’re doing… and especially where you’re aiming!
  • Even so, use your hand to guide the dildo into the right place – don’t expect it to find where it’s going, just with your hips.
  • Keep checking that your dildo is still where it should be. When you’re excited and thrusting, it’s easy for the dildo to slip out and you find yourself thrusting into thin air! ( this happens to everybody) A newbie recipient may not have the confidence to tell you you’re missing the mark, so it’s up to you to check.
  • Try lots of different positions and places ( the stairs, kitchen table, up against a wall..?) Mixing it up is hot.
  • Strap-on sex can be simply ALL  about fulfilling the penetrative appetite of your partner… or it can be about role-play. It’s important to know the difference and be mindful of what’s appropriate. It maybe your fantasy but is it theirs? Only you know if asking your partner to ‘suck my c**k’ is going to go down well.
  • Most women need clitoral stimulation during penetration in order to orgasm. Don’t ignore her clit. Use your hands or guide her hands down.. Or add a vibrator to the mix.
  • Most of all – have fun!

What to Expect in our Strap On Erotic Class

In this class we’ll not only talk about how to choose a harness – you’ll get to try various styles on too. (Fully-clothed of course. In case you’re worried). We’ll help you chose a size and style that’ll suit you and your lover. (If you have one, that is – it could be that you’re researching future possibilities).

After the harnesses, we’ll move on to the really fun part – the silicone dildos. We’ll discuss shapes and sizes – but we’ll leave choosing of colour up to you. A dildo intended for vaginal use will likely vary from a dildo for anal use, so we’ll discuss both options.

We’ll cover positions, safer sex and other practicalities, and there’ll be time for you to put your strap-on sex questions to our friendly educators.

After the class, you’re welcome to make the most of the 20% discount that’ll be offered to all guests.

Decided to join us? Great! Book a ticket to the Strap-On Sex Erotic Class here. And – why not see if a friend or two are interested in coming along, as we offer discounts on group bookings.

How to Choose & Put On a Strap On Harness

Our range of strap on harnesses may look complicated, but essentially there are just two styles to choose from:

A strap-on with 2 back straps. This style is worn 'jock-style' and have two back leg straps that divide between your legs.

Why Choose a  Harnesses with two back straps

  • The two back straps divide between your  legs and curve around your buttocks. This makes it very comfortable to wear and keeps your ‘sexy bits’ free!
  • Made from soft leather in a variety of lush colours, these harnesses sit softly and securely against the skin and fasten with D-rings, so there’s no buckle-pinch.
  • A front panel holds the dildo close to the pubic bone and every harness comes with three (3) sizes of interchangeable rings so it can be used with different sizes of dildos.
  • Compatible with a Dual-Dildos Accessory which gives the harness wearer the option of penetration themselves whilst wearing this harness.

We make two styles of strap-on harnesses with 2 back strap-on, so, if you’d like this style, decide between:

Wide-Back Strap-On

Why choose a strap-on harness with a wide back?

-Stylish and comfortable, with a wide, shapely back panel that hugs your lower back and hips to fully support your dildo – no matter how large or heavy is the dildo you choose to slip in.

-Double D-Ring fasteners are riveted to main panel so there is no need to position the leg straps on the waistband; simply pull them tight for the perfect size adjustment.

2-Strap Harness

Available in 6 different colour leathers & 6 wide-ranging sizes:

XS ( fits up to size 10 / Small ( 10-12) / Medium (12-14) / Large (14-16) /  XL (16 -20)  /XXL (20 -24)

Why choose a 2-Strap Harness:

  • The less-expensive model.
  • Wide range of sizes to fit everybody.
  • This is the most popular style of strap-on harness we manufacture, with customers rating it 5/5 and giving it rave reviews.
  • This harness is also suitable for male harness wearers: simply position the front panel, which holds the dildo, slightly above your own equipment or on your lower stomach.

Choosing the right size strap-on harness

Ever mindful that women are not created ‘one-size’ we offer a large range of sizes in our strap ons. And, if anything, our sizes come up on the larger side of traditional sizes, so if you are on the cusp of sizes, it’s best to choose the smaller option.

The thing to remember that whilst strong, soft leather is supple and will stretch over time.

If you do find that once you’ve pulled your harness tight, the adjustable leg straps are long, simply tuck them behind the straps.

How to put on two strap harnesses

Whether you choose a wide-back strap-on or the more simple style, putting on, and getting out of this style of harness is the same.

  1. If you can wiggle the harness past your hips without undoing it, simply loosen the front straps through the D-rings to leave 3-5cm at the ends.
  2. If you can’t wiggle in, simply undo 1 front strap before stepping in.
  3. Step into the front leg loops, just like a pair of pants.
  4. Pull it up so the back panel sits on your lower back.
  5. Position the front panel over your pubic area.
  6. Slip your dildo through the ring so it nestles against your pubic area and adjust as necessary.
  7. Tighten the front leg straps by pulling them down evenly and equally in a downward direction.
  8. For a really secure fit, bend forward at the hips and pull front straps of the dildo harness again.

To remove , simply undo a front strap and step out.

NB: You don’t need to undo the lacing on the corset harness – it’s purely for decoration.
