The set consists of three weighted balls for the vagina: 

• Love Cherry 1 = 37g
• Love Cherry 2 = 57g
• Love Cherry 3 = 85g

Smooth, body-safe silicone with a slight squish covers each Love Cherry. This makes the Cherries super-comfortable to wear. 

Coat the chosen-weight Cherry in a small amount of water-based lube for easy insertion - simply pop it in and do your pelvic floor squeezes. - 10/10/3 Rule: Squeeze (and release!) for ten seconds for up to ten minutes, 3 times a week

Using the cherries for kegel exercising is easy and offers fast results. We recommend starting with Cherry 1, giving yourself time to gradually build up to the heavier Cherries.c

Once it becomes almost too easy, it's time to move up to a heavier Love Cherry.
