There are a lot of things I dislike about this book; the photos look like they were shot in someone's garage, the girls are wearing wigs and even a few have the lesbian cardinal sin of fake nails (tut tut...) this just creates an air of falseness, I don't really feel any affection or lust between the women on these pages, and that is a shame. I also really dislike the authors use of yonic metaphors... maybe it's an English prude thing, but some of the names really make me cringe. Also, there aren't 101 positions here, there are maybe 30 with about 71 variations on those "core" positions and some are a bit unimaginative. That said, this book did give me ideas, it inspired me to try new things, to explore positions I hadn't even thought about! And that's the whole point of a "positions" book isn't it? to suggest and intrigue. Out of the 101 suggestions, we have maybe found 20 totally new ones that we both really love, and of those 20 I would say nearly 15 have been encorported permanently into our sexual repetoire, and THAT is money very well spent indeed.
