Dr Wondwossen Eshetu, Sexual Health Promotion Manager, Naz Project London.
Established in 1991, Naz Project London (NPL) provides sexual health and HIV prevention and support services to targeted Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities in London. NPL exists to challenge myths and prejudices that exist about and within BME communities and to ensure that culturally and linguistically appropriate information is widely available. NPL aims to educate and empower communities to face up to the challenges of sexual health and the AIDS pandemic, and to mobilize the support networks that exist for people living with HIV/AIDS.
