This is a safe space for women who have experienced sexual violence to learn about sexual pleasure and reclaiming your body after assault. The hour-long session will cover problems with sex and sexuality including orgasm, masturbation, triggers, anxiety or pain during sex and body issues.
Café V is run especially for women who have experienced sexual violence. We will look at practical ways to connect with the body and physical relaxation techniques.
