Much smaller than I'd expected. I work with a jade egg so my muscles are pretty responsive but these do tend to drop out a bit. I'm sure I can work up to that. They work well used with a vibrator. I'm enjoying them when in horizontal positions

After hearing good things about ben wa balls and getting curious enough to try them I decided to order these ones. I didn't want to spend too much on something that I wasn't sure about so £10 was just right. To be honest, I didn't get much out of them. Although they may have helped me discover that I already have a pretty strong muscles as I couldn't really feel the weight of them that much. The quality could be improved some as I noticed small pits and dings in the balls, which as one reviewer stated, could lead to rusting. I would suggest them to someone who just wants a cheap option to give it a try. Someone who may already have strong muscles may want to look for a heavier option.

Very simple to insert and what's more no one knows they are there... Perfect for getting those PC muscles back into shape after a baby, or to just help keep them well toned all along. Simply clench your pelvic floor muscles over and over again and make the balls move, it really couldn't be easier or more effective!
