Refund policy

TOY TROUBLE?

As technology moves on, battery-operated toys can now require batteries to be placed in a particular order or be a specific power-level, rechargeable toys need to be connected in a certain way or buttons need to be pressed in a specific way.

We try to list all this info on the toy's product page.

If you believe your toy doesn't work, the best thing to do is to give us a call: 03333 444 005. or contact us on our chatbox - we'll be able to talk you through your toy and determine if it's working or not. We're always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. 

WE PROMISE EASY, NO QUIBBLE RETURNS

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 gives you the right to cancel an order, without giving any reason, within 14 days. 

At Sh! we extend this to 30 days 

If you are not totally happy with any product, simply return it, sealed in its original packaging, within 30 days for an alternative or a refund.

This period starts on the day after the goods were received by you. Your right to cancel can be exercised in writing or by email to hello@sh-womenstore.com.

For your own protection, we recommend you return items by recorded mail.

 

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM 

If you've changed your mind, you can return the product for a refund or credit, so long as it is sealed in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs, if you've changed your mind.

If you'd like to swap the product for another - no problem, so long as it's still sealed in it's original packaging, Again, we can't refund postage costs and may have to charge an additional P&P for delivery of your new item.  

Non-defective intimate products and underwear cannot be returned if the seal is broken. Nor can books, if the seal is broken [as stated in the cited exemptions in Article 13 Distance Selling Regulations]. Items cannot be deemed 'defective' if you have an allergic reaction to them ( please do a patch test when using a new lube or enhancer), nor can pleasure products be deemed defective because you're not happy with the effect/sensation.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the item is defective, first of all - we're sorry - we'll do our best to sort this out asap.

ALL items on our website are covered within our 30-day warranty period, during which time we will repair or replace any defective product. 

Many items have an extended 1-year warranty - All Sh! products carry a 1-year guarantee. Other items with 1-year guarantees will be stated on the product or brands pages of our website. 

We'll will reimburse 'Tracked 48' postage costs if you have to return a defective product to us, but please always contact us before sending. 

Please ensure that you thoroughly clean any defective toy you return - Thanks!

WE PROMISE SPEEDY REFUNDS

If you have to return something to us, you can opt either for a gift card to the value owed or for a refund back to the payment method you used when ordering with us. 

We do have to wait for the item to land back with us to issue gift cards or refunds.

If you opt for a refund on a cancelled order or defective product, this will be issued within 7 days of our receiving the item back, though it will often be sooner.

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH

If, for any reason, you've changed your mind before we've dispatched - no problem. but you'll have to act fast, as our service is super speedy!

Call us on 03333 444 0005 ASAP If we havent yet assigned postage to it, we will cancel your order and refund.

If we have assigned postage, but havent yet dispatched, we can fish it out, but are unable to refund the postage we've already spent.

If it's been dispatched then we have to wait form it to be returned to us, before we can issue a refund.
