A Kegal exercise routine to get our PC muscle in shape.
Pc Muscle exercises are also called "kegel excercise" or "Kegals" can be done anytime, anywhere; you dont need to go to the gym, nor is it essential to kit yourself out with special equipment (though they can be useful to squeeze against or measure progress against)
To give exercise your PC mucles, you first need to locate the PC muscle - do this by halting the flow of pee midstream (stress incontinence is also kept at bay with PC Muscle exercise)
1st Step Kegal / PC Muscle Exercise Contract and relax your PC muscle 25 times, twice a day.
2nd Step Kegal / PC Muscle Exercise When you can easily contract/relax your PC Muscle 25 times, move up to doing it 50 times, again twice a day
3rd Step Kegal / PC Muscle Exercise Once 50 x 2 PC Muscle Exercise is easy-peasy, move back to 25, this time holding each squeeze to a count of 3.
4th Step Kegal / PC Muscle Exercise Work back up to 50, twice a day.
Whilst doing Kegal PC Muscle exercise, try to co-ordinate your breathing in time with the exercise so that you inhale as you squeeze. Try this for the ultimate PC workout!
