Shipping

• Orders made before 10am on weekdays are sent out that day.

• Orders made after 10am are sent out the following day.

• Orders made over the weekend are sent on the following monday (except on bank holiday weekends when they are sent out on the tuesday: whilst the Sh! Girlz work bank holiday mondays, the GPO doesnt!)

• Postage & Packing is £4.95: Orders over £20 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured and guaranteed next day delivery / Orders £20 or less are sent by First Class Post.

• Orders made from the EEC are sent by International Recorded Delivery (5 – 8 working days)

• Worldwide orders are sent by International Recorded Delivery (10 -13 working days)

• All orders are securely and discreetly packaged in plain packaging.

• There's never ANY indication of the contents or the Sh! name: Only a tiny return address on the reverse of the parcel.

• Over 95% of UK orders are dispatched for next working day delivery: In the unlikely event that an item or colour choice is out of stock, and we are unable to send your parcel out straight away, we'll contact you to let you know the situation, and if appropriate, offer a close alternative. Customers ordering Monday to Friday will be contacted the day we receive your order. Customers ordering over the weekend will be contacted the following Monday.

• The day we dispatch, we email you to let you know your parcel has been sent so you can look out for it the following morning.

• We'll also send a reference number (Special Delivery Post on orders over £20) so you can to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website

• All Special & Recorded Delivery packages need to signed for.

• If you fail to pick up your package from the Sorting Office within the 3 week holding period and your package is returned to us, we cannot resend it without charging another P&P charge.

• Whilst we send your package by the speediest, most highly insured and easily traceable carrier available, we cannot be held responsible for any failure in their service. If your parcel goes astray whilst in the care of the GPO we have to we have to wait until the GPO has accepted liability before we can send you out new goodies or issue a refund.

• If the country you order from has tight custom laws, we cannot be responsible for any difficulty this might cause.

• All prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. where applicable. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time, but we will contact you regarding any price change to give you the option of amending and processing your order or canceling it.

Returns

• If you are not totally happy with any goody, just return it sealed in its original packaging (thereby obviously un-used) within 14 days for an alternative or a refund.

• Every battery-operated vibrator is security sealed before dispatch and is guaranteed for 30 days from when you receive it. We will repair or replace any defective vibrator during this 30 day warranty period. If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories.

• Please thoroughly clean any defective toy you return.

• If the item you return is defective, we will reimburse any postage costs in the form of a credit to your Sh! account: we cannot issue cash/Cheque or CC postage refunds.

• If the item you return is simply unwanted, or a change-of-mind, we cannot refund your posting costs.

• If an item is returned to be exchanged we cannot refund your posting cost and will charge a further P&P for the new item to be sent.

• For your own protection we recommend items are returned by recorded mail.

• Due to copy write, we cannot accept books back for refund or exchange.

• Intimate underwear and toys with a broken seal cannot be accepted back for refund or exchange.

• As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, videos and audio recordings if you have opened the sea.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
